I agree that other countries will probably be on board & soon too boot.

The Pharmathene merger has left a bad taste in my mouth so a buyout doesn't appeal to me unless it is at a very healthy premium. Considering the state of the big guys I'd sell out at that point.

is my math wrong? at 400 to 500 M and 36M shares wouldn't it work out to between 11 and 13 per share?
