Gabard,

ACCY - Regarding momentum players I personally can account for 5 people holding a total of 25% of the float and we are not selling so fast. So remove ACCY as one of my "momentum" plays.

Check out Bob Hadley's post below and think again. Also, I contacted the editor at Golf.com and Golf Magazine and don't be surprised if they start to cover ACCY soon.

Great News For Those Involved with ACCY!!!!!.............

Posted by Bob Hadley on October 23, 1997 at 15:07:15:

My call was finally returned by ACCY. It seems that David only returned
to work Monday due to his father's passing. Damian is in a different
part of the country finalizing contracts, I was told.

TIDBITS: I asked many questions to try and get him to leak some
information. Well, he did. He informed me that Mutual of NY signed a
multi-year sponsorship deal that will bring in "$$ Mid to High Six
Figures". I forgot to ask if this amount was per tournament, per year,
or what! I inquired about TV deals. He said that "DEFINITELY, the
tournament will be on television." As we speak, both FOX and ESPN are
bidding with each other for the TV rights . I was also informed that
players are a mixture of both PGA and SPGA (Senior PGA) players. Also,
there are more sponsorships than just the Mutual of NY. He told me that
"Oh yes, there are MANY sponsors" He said they are well-known (More than
Mutual NY) and will bring in a great deal of revenues.

PGA SHAREHOLDERS: Another fact that suprised me was the fact that "Some
of the players chose to be paid in Company stock instead of cash". This
shows confidence in the company, and cuts down on cash expenses I think.
He told me that PGA players are (or will) be major shareholders in the
company.

NEWS: In regards to news, he said that he is pushing Damian (or David,
I'm not sure) to get some of the news out by Friday, but he said, when
they do come out, they will come out in bunches. They have not yet
announced the recent sponsorships, players, or TV deals which are
presently being finalized. He talked about share price moving up
drastically after news.

TOURNAMENTS: They have the 1 tournament in December, and 3 tournaments
next year.

CONNECTIONS: Apparently, David used to work for ABC and ESPN, and that's
where some connections for TV deals come from. I was told that David
associates with the SPGA players like they're his next door neighbours
(from his father's playing experience). It seems like they have
connections for everything. I was told that "instead of having running a
tournament for the PGA, we're running it for ourselves? .

ONE MORE THING: This tournament was compared to the "Fred Mayer
Challenge" which brought in 6.5 million$$$

I bought in today after talking with ACCY. Any comments or questions or
complaints would be appreciated.

Hope this helps some people,
bh

THeo ... I do not know whether ACCY will happen or not but a major buy in at .22 and the ask goes to .20 and the bid to .16 does not strike me as a solid investment. I could be wrong. I hope ACCY does take off with TV, players and the whole nine yards. Hey I did not like OVIS and still don't but it went to $4.00 at one time.

What about INVI some bought at .22 and I saw selling so you tell me. I do not care what people do and if I am wrong then good but there is always a top and a bottom. and what goes up does come down sooner or later.

I am just voicing my opinion. How many times have you heard well geeze I bought at the top? Well folks should watch trading reports and logs to see when the momentum is dying and shares are being sold before jumping in.

Thanks

GaBard
