Votes were cast by dems that were exactly in deference to the realities of the post 911 national psyche. Absolute revisionist garbage. It would be incompetence of the highest order, if one believed the intel was false, to have supported the war. Bush believed it. Clinton believed it. The Brits believed it. Mossad believed it. The Saudis believed it. The Egyptians. Everyone. But you're claiming that Congress voted how they did, not based on the intel, but essentially, based on the need for retaliation.
