I think the MaryJoe case hasn't enough evidence to for an homicide trial. The family fought exhuming her body after being $consoled$ by the Kennedy Treasury.

At this late date, it's really irrelevant whether Teddy is held accountable in a Court of law.

He's very close to being held accountable by a much higher power.
