Not true. There were still many, many tons (I don't remember the number, but in the thousands) of chemical weapons that were unaccounted for.

He also refused to attack saddam even after PNAC urged him to do so. Look at the names at the bottom of the letter...look familiar? 911 was just an excuse for these guys.
