lolol, the dems are the closed minded ones
_______________

You can actually post this while watching (I presume) the demonization of Michael Steele because he had the audacity to say that abortion might be a personal decision.

Gee, it took five minutes for the broad-minded republicans to start ripping him to pieces for such a personal thought..

____________
Christianism Watch
"Chairman Steele, as the leader of America's Pro-Life conservative party, needs to re-read the Bible, the U.S. Constitution, and the 2008 GOP Platform. He then needs to get to work -- or get out of the way," - Kenneth Blackwell, a rival to Steele.

The Bible is now the first requirement for a Republican leader? And where, pray, are Jesus' words on RU-486 or gay couples?

Rendell: Steele probably toast

Ed Rendell, who knows a thing or two about gaffes, tells reporters:

"Michael Steele's days are numbered,” Rendell said. “Fortunately for us, his days are numbered."

ALSO:

"He's in trouble because I just think that those who control the Republican Party don't want a big tent," Rendell told reporters during a lunch hosted the Christian Science Monitor.

Rendell, a past chairman of the Democratic National Committee, said he believes the approaching special election in New York's 20th Congressional District — to replace Democrat Kirsten Gillibrand, who was appointed senator — is not likely a make-or-break event for Steele, who Rendell said also faces more fundamental problems.

"I don't know if they want a chairman who is basically pro-choice," Rendell said, referring to an answer Steele gave to GQ magazine in which he described abortion as an “individual choice."
