OK Tim, and others, can we agree on this:

US citizens pay far more than their counterparts in other industrialized nations?

and agree we disagree on:

Whether we have the best health care?

and

Whether we have the best health care vs every dollar we put out?

or

Do we agree that dollar for dollar we are paying more? For example do we pay more for an equivalent NMR scan?

Not a logic trap. Just curious.
