It paid off with millions of people believing his "leadership" during the dot-com boom meant Clinton did something right.

Doesn't matter if Clinton actually created prosperity or not. Image is everything.

You have a cavalier way of discounting any good things that come from whom you consider to be your opposition whether it be Obama, Clinton et al. You don't even need a reason for your position.......you make it so just by saying it.
