Of course they are with 45 billion of our dollars sitting in their coffers and cherry picking new jumbo mortgages to write. Heck, with $45B we could all be handsomely capitalized.

The Fed is guaranteeing their losses. The last figure I saw was close to half a trillion dollars in guarantees for Citigroup and Bank of America.
