yes, i am optimistic in that i think we are at a better state than all will die of unidentified disease.

i also think one needs to move yield-free cash to yield-plenty real estate, by and by, so as to escape the ravages of fiat printing that has been, and circumnavigate the depravity of money inflation still to be.

we are just progressing on this script video.google.com described back in 2002, and it specifically recommended real estate at the end, after concurrently having established position in gold

at the end of global depression when coconut is about to start studies in university, i would like to simply collect rent, just buy and hold shares, still aggregate gold, and not forget to pile on platinum.

it is a simple program for those of us who are derivatives-challenged :0)
