Shares out here is closer to 50mm, no? So if Faris' 4mm shares for the kazakhs is correct that's 8% that they hold. It seems to me like they could have done alot better for themselves than that, since without this concession AIPN would be worthless. I read Faris' bull theory to say that AIPN is essentially just a stock shell for the Kazaks to use to make their money from the concession through the appreciation of AIPN shares upon sale of part of the concession in a JV. At an 8% stake I guess they settled for alot less than they should have been able to get. Are they just bad businessmen?
