And, as I previously pointed out, the Republicans refused to do their version. Sat on it for years.

As the report clearly showed, the Democrats did not have the same information. The contrary information was never forwarded to them. Now, I suppose you can make the argument that Bush never bothered to look at the contrary information. Not sure if that helps, but...
