Imo if someone has had custody of a child taken away by the state it's pretty obvious they have no business creating any more children ... why should a woman who allowed a boyfriend to sexually abuse her daughter be in a position to have more kids? I doubt this would be used on people it shouldn't be used on ... it shouldn't be used on wealthy, intelligent, well-adjusted and exceptionally good-looking people, and it probably won't be used on them ... in general those type of people go through their entire lives without having any problems with the law.
