[Glances around]. Nope, there are still there. The fact of the matter is that the Republicans were under pressure to do a report. They refused. The Democrats didn't have a chance to push it through until they were in power. So now you use the fact that the Republicans didn't want to do it to claim that it was strictly partisan.
