Ordinarily, I would agree 100% about the Reg S. I hate them, but I like the quality of the buyers, and I too, am told there is some good news coming. I am really surpised with the action, although I am sure it was knocked down by the pros, in order to get Reg S done a best possible price. But, I am led to believe these are not flippers, but we need a kick in the butt to get it going, and I hope that is coming soon.

Greetings all, I wasn't too happy to see the reg S and I wish CALY could have found another way to raise cash. The FDA delays drained them financially and though they took many cost cutting measures, such as significantly reducing the number of employees ect., they still were in dire straights. I think "reg S" automatically gives people the wrong impression and scares people away. Let's hope that the company makes up for it with some stellar news. Really excellent news might balance things out and reverse some of the reg S reputation damage. I'm anxious to see how the stock price will respond when the announcement of some nice contracts finally come to fruition. Here's hoping... Cindy
