LLCF, I understand your think there position is wrong, but its either silly or intellectually dishonest to call them stating their position on the moral issue in question, a misrepresentation.

I think your overall position is wrong, but I wouldn't say your misrepresenting it. If you think there wrong, you can (and have) said they are wrong on the issue. But if they believe every important point in their statement they are misrepresenting nothing. That would be true even on maters of very concrete fact where they could potentially be proven wrong, its would be true even if you actually could and did prove them wrong, its even more certainly true on moral issues where you can't have scientific proof.

Assume arguendo, that their position on embryos is 100% correct. Than what would be misrepresented or incorrect about their statement? Nothing. So it makes no sense to say they are misrepresenting things, unless you have very sold evidence that the person or people making the statements really don't hold the pro-life view about embryos and are just lying about it to gain some advantage.
