Changing people's behavior is a great way to get health and cost benefits, but its really hard to do.

I know you are a strong believer in 'perverse incentives'. Say the average insurance premium for a average family is $7K... would a savings of $3.5K per year be an 'effective perverse incentive'? Not to mention the benefit of living a longer, healthier life (which would certainly be a marketing angle).

Really just thinking out loud... I'll be off this thread soon. No time.
