While you continue your exercise program, be sure to watch the carbs, as well.

Carbs are a huge weakness... love them in all ways, shapes and forms. Ate a pint of 'special fried rice' last night... damn I can't resist.

Before I started exercising I couldn't eat any high acid food without getting terrible heartburn... now no problem. When I slept at night my arm would fall asleep if I put any consistent pressure on it... now never (circulation, heart). I always got sleepy at about 2 in the afternoon, now never. I could go on with the positive effects that I noticed. I'm sure that there are many positive health effects that don't involve obvious cognitive changes.
