FPG, you've already been corrected on this. This is not a court ruling. This case has not gone to court yet. There is no judgment. This is a finding by a administrative body, not a court. Please try to get this straight.

Please... As if you know anything about it.

"The Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) is a ministerial-level central administrative organization under
the authority of the Prime Minister and also functions as a quasi-judiciary body."

eng.ftc.go.kr

I.e. it has powers equivalent to a court.

And it is called a "judgement", in the KFTC's own official summary:

eng.ftc.go.kr Case(08.6.)1.pdf

Your pathetic arguing over semantics ("judgement" vs. "ruling" vs. whatever) just shows how little else you have to argue with. All you have are semantics, accusations of bias, and Intel's talking points, while I have a ruling by the organization responsible for enforcing South Korea's competition law.

That's why it needs to go to court. The witnesses can be questioned by Intel under oath and the confusion can be cleared up.

Riiiight... All Intel needs to do is wave their little magic wand and everything will be all "cleared up." It's all just a big, silly misunderstanding. I think there was an episode of Three's Company on this very topic! lolz!

I don't know if you've noticed, but things have changed a little in the last few months... Big Greedy Corporations are not so popular these days.

I think there are more surprises in your future than in mine as this unfolds.
