But I tuned in to “The Daily Show” last night out of curiosity, expecting the usual five-minute interview and some anticlimactic joking. Um, no. It was a 15-minute evisceration. If this were a boxing match the referee would’ve stopped it in the second round. Or Cramer would be dead. Whatever Cramer’s shortcomings as a financial analyst — and according to this interview, they are many and substantial — you have to give him credit for not biting a cyanide pill or slashing his own throat 30 seconds into part 2 of the interview (see below). Seriously, I haven’t been this uncomfortable since my dad asked me what bukkake was.
