Mr rzborusa,

Re: "So, the KFTC is the equivalent of a Barber Shop. Maybe in the sense you might end
up with a "hair cut" ..."

I think it is the AMD investors that have received a "shave and a haircut" this past
year. <ggg>

the KFTC is the equivalent of a Barber Shop.

I'm not willing to give them that much credit, or you if you see nothing wrong with a "conviction" based on testimony from witnesses who aren't required to be under oath. As long as you get the result you want who cares, right? The "fine" imposed was a few hours of profits in a good quarter. A bit more than the one minute the JFTC fine equaled. Intel is spending more on legal fees than the fine, I guess they think it's time their side was heard in a venue where they can put people under oath and ask them questions for a change.

Maybe yes or no, the country is corrupt and is run by chaebols

jonesday.com

LG
Samsung

I would prefer under oath statements taken, then if they are proven wrong, Intel can sue and go after liars.
