>>>I figured if mgnt. proved to be reliable(which of course, they have) that by Christmas I would be in a very happy place<<<

I agree...I am very pleased with our management. They have proved very forthright and ethical. I believe the difference is that A&A are both scientists, rather than just corporate execs. I trust them far more than management of any other company I have ever been invested in. They still seem to be "ordinary" guys that we can relate to. I hope the booming success over the next couple years doesn't poison that.

>>>I compared to being involved with a Cisco, Intel or Microsft one year after their ipo. No guarantees of course, but I think Cymer could end up in the same category, eventually.<<<

This is exactly what I've been telling people for months. Cymer is at the bottom of the food chain of the semiconductor industry. That is, there aren't many natural enemies out their...just a future threat of younger lions trying to oust the King. But Cymer is still very young, and the upstarts have yet to be weaned off their milk. How often have we wished we could have gotten in early at the beginning of a great company's success...like CSCO in '92, MSFT in '90, INTC in '93, ASND in '94, DELL last year or before, etc. CYMI is going to be the INTC/AMAT of its niche. I'm glad I'm in now...I'll retire before the year 2000.
