Everyone has to get angry enough to call their representatives or, if possible, go visit their offices and tell them that this is a no.

This is the only way to get anyone in Washington to pay attention. What in the world was in the 'contract' between the US taxpayer and AIG when AIG was saved from bankruptcy? Is the position of the Treasury that AIG has zero contractual obligations to the taxpayer? Is the position of Geithner that AIG's contractual obligations (where are the contracts - let's all read them) to employees are more important than its contractual obligations to its shareholders...that would be us?

Nonsense.

This is just garbage.

If you are an AIG employee able to make $6 million in a single bound, then you are an AIG employee that is an at will employee. No banker at AIG needs to make that kind of money because, you know, banking isn't rocket science and even rocket scientists don't make that kind of money.
