Yes, I believe that is the majority (and correct) response. AIG is government owned and needs to be government pay scale NOW. If they don't like it, they can go work elsewhere.

There are plenty of smart people working for government scale and there are plenty of smart people out of work. If there are 700 applications for 1 janitorial job then there should be a bonanza of qualified applicants to work at AIG.

It is not rocket science, it's just banking.
