"There is no Democrat, there is no Republican." I haven't reached this level of nihilistic cynicism. I still see the (D)'s as superior to the (R)'s, and, in this country, that's all the choice we really get. AIG made that announcement late Friday, and Obama hasn't had a chance to respond. Saying "a pox on both their houses" solves nothing, achieves nothing, advances to nowhere. It seems to be the favored position of former Bush voters ( I know you weren't one ). If you want to make change, adopt one of the choices and work to make them live up to their rhetoric. After the post you replied to, I emailed Obama the same thing.
