Circuit Courts and Appeals Courts in the U.S. require testimony under oath. The KFTC does not but then most kangaroo courts don't.

Far as I can tell, Intel hasn't been convicted of anything in Korea. en.wikipedia.org en.wikipedia.org this is the american version. fyi. someone concerned about AMD's continual harrassment of Intel around the world.
