we need to ban knives

CA has various statutes describing different types of knives which are illegal, and some knives like my Swiss Army knife are legal. Some think the increased use of knives was imported from Mexico, where handguns are illegal. Some think if concealed handguns were more prevalent in CA, there'd be fewer attempted stabbings.
