Mish,
Don't you think that was the plan all along. That's why they gave money to so many banks, to cover up the ones that were going to get it. Now some want to return it, but not the one's it was really ment for. Lets see who does what after the fact, not the PR's that come before.
It is the marketing of the governments plans all along that are changing the world.
Not it's implementation.
