Koan, you are making the common mistake of thinking that humans are fungible. They are not. We are not just fungible homogeneous stem cells waiting to be educated. We each have unique DNA and some DNA is a lot smarter than other DNA, not due to education, or environment, but due to having a good design. <The kids of People who go to college are much more likely to go to college. > That's because descendants have the brain power [normally, on average, by and large] to do what their parents did. All non-Africans have the same ancestral father who left Africa about 30,000 years ago and mother who left about 90,000 years ago [fathers get into more conflict and die off far faster than do women and one bloke can fertilize a fleet of females, hence the difference]. That's pretty fast evolutionary process. Women today are conducting very rapid eugenics programmes, rejecting the majority of blokes as unsuitable to appear in the next generation. Evolution is fast and furious! Tradable citizenship is quite the opposite of feudal. You have obviously misunderstood what I'm suggesting. In feudal and serfdom societies, people and property are assets of the state or their owners. I'm saying the opposite. Mqurice
