someone is thinking outside the box, they just don't have the taxpayer interest at heart.

their objective is to loot the treasury - and they are quite good at thinking outside the box.

the government is not on your side - you don't give them enough money.

Being fired for cause negates every bonus "contract" that wasn't a pure fraud.

How about we just deny the scum buckets the bonuses, let them sue, and let a judge sort it out?
