No, he clearly should be shot on sight and never given a trial... There is always the problem of bin Laden potentially not being convicted, and there would be endless appeals on the basis that he didn't get a fair trial... It would be insane to put him on trial. I would great [sic] personal pleasure out of putting a bullet in his head, though.
