I happen to agree with Horowitz.... The time for this argument has passed....a substantial number of Courts have reviewed the issue and failed to act. I think at this point.....if the effort was successful it would just create too much chaos to justify the victory. Time to let it go. J.

You must be including the ENTIRE U.S. Supreme Court in that characterization (' fringe of conservatism that don't want the law enforced') now, right?
