Rassmussen's polling is conducted in a bit of a different manner then most of the other big national polling operations. For just one example: Rassmussen's current 'net approval rating' (what you were referring to) disagrees with the numbers reported by the other FIVE BIGGEST POLLING OPERATIONS (including Fox Dynamics....) The net positive approval number Rassmussen is reporting is fully SIXTEEN POINTS LOWER then what Gallup is currently reporting. (So, hey... maybe Rassmussen is right and the other five polls are dead wrong, or maybe it's Rassmussen who's a little screwy here --- after all, Rassmussen was the only national poll to PREDICT A WIN FOR JOHN MCCAIN one week before the election. And we all know how well that prediction turned out. <GGG>) Personally though, I prefer to look at the AVERAGES of all the big polls! (RealClearPolitics is a good place to look for the averages, Baldie. They show a rolling AVERAGE of all the big polls right on their front page!)
