Actually... the AIG Credit Default Swap contracts were paid off by the Feds LAST FALL (so that would be: Bush's Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson and Federal Reserve Chair Bernanke)... while the AIG employee bonuses that were paid out at the end of December were based on the employment contracts --- likely a couple of years' vintage on those!
