TJ, I have traveled enough around the USA over the decades to be aware of many military bases spread across the realm, strategically located to employee recruits handily, house them in many locations [not necessarily close to home as that can be problematic], with the ability to support Homeland Security, The Patriot Act, the National Guard, the FBI, the local constabulary and what have you.
