Radical idea: - Provide a full month or two of vacation instead of the measly 2 weeks. Why save free time for when you're old and everything is falling apart? - social security - why reinvent the wheel, just bump up the numbers and get rid of the contribution cap - people are living longer and should be able to work productively part time (say a day a week even) throughout their healthy lifespan. Not everyone has to retire and not everyone has to stay retired.
