There is a lengthy trend of events to support what you are saying, but, surely to goodness it is obvious to Obama, that any further reinforcement of this (nepotistic (gov't + Wall St) = good for Main street) ideology is a certain prescription for chaos. Obama has thrown most of the $740 billion at Wall St. It's now tome to throw a few crumbs to Main St. Obama needs to win this AIG bonus issue or his posturing lends itself to being perceived as yet another (gov't + Wall St.) scam!
