this crisis provides us with an opportunity that will allow us to do things we have not been able to do before ... the corruption that has gone on and is going on would have been unseen 40 years ago .. no longer ... the people have access to information lots of it and quickly ... perhaps change is coming ... unintended consequences ... Transparency
