It sure was an exciting week.
I took the opportunity to buy an additional 1000 shares @ 4 1/2.
I understand that ADMG went all the way down to 4 1/8! To bad I didn't react quick enough.
Though I have to admit that I did panic and I lost my appetite the entire day, one thing that comforted me was FUNDAMENTALS. Not only ADMGs but the entire nations.
As a nation, I believe that maybe the market has reached a plateu. Markets WILL increase but at a slower rate.
On the other hand, small cap stock will be the premier choice. If the market does increase, I believe that it will be small caps will be the driving force.
As for the S-3 filing, I am going to read it and let you know my thoughts on the filing.

Cheers,
Pirinolo

Thanks for the link....it's full of alot of valuable info.
This doesn't worry me, I think it's just a standard filing required after the sale of Trilons remaining holdings to this new group.
However, all of the risk warnings (competition, current customers, regional barriers, etc.) are somewhat sobering. Although standard, they are a reminder that the company's strong growth acceleration can turn south at any time, especially if expansion plans don't materialize soon.

EXPANSION, EXPANSION, EXPANSION!!!!
We NEED it...

Still in for the long-term....

Anybody out there this morning????
