i expect everything is maintained by medical service and available to others on demand with authorization. What i find during visits now is limited note updates... you may get a doctor to enter a code, and perhaps a few words but you do not get the half page of changes he or she previously noted in your records for reference on the next visit. that appears to be gone perhaps cost of time to enter data, or lack of space on records.

Conversion of the book from Q to MS Word has been done, but the formatting was lost and needs a lot of work.

Will take a while longer. Need to finish a couple of other projects first.

Not to worry.........soon every person on Earth who visits a doctor will be entered into the data base.

Participation will be mandatory for health care organizations world wide.
