re["Some small farms and organic food growers could be placed
under direct supervision of the federal government under new
legislation making its way through Congress.

Food Safety Modernization Act

House Resolution 875, or the Food Safety Modernization Act of
2009, was introduced by Rosa DeLauro, D-Conn., in February.
DeLauro's husband, Stanley Greenburg, works for Monsanto –
the world's leading producer of herbicides and genetically
engineered seed
."]

10 years ago, DeLauro would have been impeached and ran
out of Congress. But, not today... because the sheeple
just roll over and show their bellys... and cry out for
O-baa-baa-ma.

They aren't even trying to hide it any more...

Her #@$ %&*@#$ husband works for Monsanto!?!?

"This will allow the government to regulate food production at
all levels – and even mandates property seizure, fines of up
to $1 million per offense and criminal prosecution for producers..."

And you people thought this Jack-Booted Swat Team Raid on
the farm family in Ohio was a fluke?

Message 25271766

It wasn't a fluke... it was a message.

A shot across the bow to small family farmers.

An overt act of intimidation.

Well Sheeple, it's only just beginning...

I just spoke to a local building inspector and he told me that
the building department over the last decade has averaged
about 12-15 new building permits a day.

Now that's not new construction, that's for repair, or remodel
of existing structures. New Construction has virtually halted
too.

You know who many permits they pulled last week?

"0"

You know how many they pulled the week before?

2 -- both "red tags" (where no permit was pulled,
and the inspector caught the homeowner, or contractor).

You know how many were pulled in the last 60 days?

5.

You know what the mayor told the building inspector?

The the Federal Government is requiring a massive crackdown
on the citizenry by all local governments who received
stimulus payments.

Inspectors are literally rolling out in grids, and are
told they MUST write up every single homeowner for anything
and everything possible in the code & zoning books.

-- Got a storage shed 6" too close to your fence line?

-- Got some patio blocks stacked up next to the garage.

-- Grass more than 3" high after a weekend rain?

-- Any visible loose shingles on any roofing surface?

-- Got a loose gutter, or downspout?

These guys are being told -- "their jobs" depend on writing
not hundreds... but, thousands of these building code
and zoning infractions.

Deliquent and non-payment of property taxes are soaring as
unemployment rises (and because in most cities and states,
homeowners have up to 2 years before deliquent property taxes
become an issue).

As property taxes aren't being paid, and as sales tax revenues
collapse from a cratering economy and falling gasoline prices,
they are going to come after anyone left with money and property
who can pay, and MAKE UP THE DIFFERENCE OF THOSE WHO CAN'T.

I think that's called a redistribution of wealth.

Watch this story hit the nationwide news in about 3-6 months.

I guarantee it.

They're doing the same thing with police departments who are
receiving stimulus money. Mandated DUI check points, Safety
Belt Ticket Writing Campaigns... speed traps, and remember,
from MIAC -- "YOU are the ENEMY" and God help your ass if
you happen to have a Ron Paul Bumper sticker on your hoopty.

As the noose tightens, the sheeple sleep.

Baaaaaaaaaaaa

SOTB

PS: Ohhh, and don't forget.

This is all chump change...

The final hammer is coming.

Cap & Trade/Carbon Taxes.

And you thought Al Gore was doing all that out of the
goodness in his heart?

He's going to make his hedge fund & Rothschild/Rockefeller banksters billions...
and completely gut America's manufacturing base in the process,
as jobs and industry will flee overseas en masse.

This is an outrageous bill that deserves to be soundly smashed just like all the times when they tried to regulate vitamins to death.

They don't even bother testing vaccinations for safety because it is the big money interests that do that business, meanwhile they are going to try to dictate how small farmers and regular people who grow food for themselves do it.

It makes me sick.

It makes me even sicker that it is a lot of democrats who are sponsors.

"According to the act, "Any person that commits an act that violates the food safety law … may be assessed a civil penalty by the Administrator of not more than $1,000,000 for each such act."

Each violation and each separate day the producer is in defiance of the law would be considered a separate offense and an additional penalty. The act suggests federal administrators consider the gravity of the violation, the degree of responsibility and the size and type of business when determining penalties.

Criminal sanctions may be imposed if contaminated food causes serious illness or death, and offenders may face fines and imprisonment of up to 10 years."

Botox asks .....Is each can of Coke sweetened with Aspartame aka Nutrasweet a separate offense or is a 12 pack considered to be one offense?

Man that stuff stings my eyes
