Take the 'cops' off of the beat... and deliberately create loopholes in the financial regulatory system (total NON-regulation of 'dark pool' or 'off exchange' derivative products) allowing *Trillions* in notional value of 'insurance contracts' to be sold all over the world without ANY REQUIREMENT for backing collateral... and what do you EXPECT WILL HAPPEN?

The cockroaches will swarm out of the walls and have a field day!
