you like what he is doing in general? Like what in specific?
bombing Pakistan? increasing troops in Afghanistan? Continuing secret spying on Us citizens? Allowing GS to call all the shots on the economy?
just curious...

I don't envy any president who has been elected into this financial mess underscored by the huge and invisible derivatives issue. It is a thankless task to be sure.

Obama needs to maintain the confidence of both Main St. and Wall St. to have any hint of steering through this financial crisis.

At the moment, Wall St., it appears, has received almost all the Obama plums to date, setting up a dangerous and potentially flammable relationship with Main Street.

This issue over the AIG bonuses is a lightning rod in this regard as I hear taxi drivers and internationals (not to mention Senator Grassy(?))railing out in unison against this affront to Main Street.

A defeat on this highly sensitive issue may well alienate Middle St. from Gov't and Wall St, and all the legislators that have created this pro Gov't/Wall St.matrix that is pillaging Main St.
