I know of one NYC brokerage firm that is 400K short in RMIL. Also D. Mork is short over 1 million shares of RMIL through Canada. I got this information from a meeting the other day.

Subject: Re: PRESSURE SHORT's

Gentlemen,

If we all presume that Dempsey Mork and Co., is the largest shorter in this company, than the obvious strategy is to;

#1 direct all buy's to D/M firm and immediately upon receipt of confirm, then by certified letter, DEMAND DELIVERY, followed by certified letter on attorney's letter head the attorney's DEMAND DELIVERY for delivery of your shares, CC'd to NASD! This could be 1000 shares each, per investor and one attorney!

A MM only has to fill 100 shares per order, and if they play that trick the more confirms and demands and demand letters. Plus, that would prove if D/M is stupid or how short or BOTH!

#2 let's find a friendly institution, i.e.: bank, insurance company etc., that by law has to buy DVP [delivery v. payment] buy though them. Maybe they might add to purchase pot!

#3 buy though a Canadian firm, using #1 and #2 above.

Just some thoughts.

Regards,
