Show me the ruling and I will believe you. Ruling are a matter of public record. Certainly you can cite a reference to public record to prove your assertion.

All I know is that the SCOTUS elected not to review the Berg case against usurper Obama. That is not a ruling. It could well be with the full knowledge that Obama is not qualified and the choice to not create the potential for pandemonium.

I believe Buddy that the cases were dismissed for lack of standing and never really got to the merits as to Obama's status. So I understand the feelings of Mr. Dierks and others who believe Obama is not qualified but I also believe the law must be respected and the time for such challenges has long expired....
