Yeah, the majority of Americans are scared, outraged, and
tired. Many are in dire straits. The new age of austerity is
upon us. We need to blame someone for all this, yet, the
harsh recession we are experiencing was inevitable, and
things could get much worse before they get better.
Wall Street folks who got the bonuses are in the same
boat if not worse (except the CEOs).
Bonuses on WS are tradionally part of
salaries. Most are seeing desks getting empty
around them, and fast. Some occupied these desks.
Those who didn't wish they did instead of living in
constant depression and fear.

The truth is, nobody stole main street's money. There were
two major asset bubbles on credit, they crashed, so now
everyone who got used to permanent prosperity and
ever rising housing and stock prices is broke, losing
their jobs, and in debt.

Many of those
responsible for the creation of these exotic instruments
are already jobless, for others that state is on the way.
No, they did not expect the black swan to happen.
They will need to abandon their occupation and be public
scapegoats for some time, while enduring great suffering.
Most rich folks lost half or more of their money, and that
makes their pain horrible, since money was all they live
for. Some jump under a train, others commit suicide some
other way.

We need to have more compassion, love for each other, and
positive attitude.
