pppp, Cardero Resources (CDY) -- well it took a lot longer than anyone thought but today this company in fact did win its lottery ticket. The Chinese have come up most of with the remaining $88 M due and the balance will be paid in 2 weeks. I have mixed feelings about this; I had been pretty aggressively trimming the position over the last several weeks on a hunch that they would not pull this off. It will be interesting to see where this stock closes today!
