I understand and agree but I have heard repeated comments that the bonuses granted were part of the individual employment contracts. Have you ever heard of an employment contract detailing a bonus regardless of profit? WRT the thrust of your comments, I suggest that every one the execs. understood that the bubble would burst. It is nonsense to suggest that no one anticipated it. Greed just overcame good judgement. Larry
