There is a big fight...within the Democratic party for goodness sakes over this and over health care and other issues. salon.com Aside from this seriously tone deaf dust up over the bonuses of 400 or so AIG people, the Blue Dog Dems (aka Republicans) including Bayh and Landrieu are gearing up to fight Obama's health care reform. IMO it's time to call out the moderate Republicans masquerading as Democrats or we will get this corporate outrage time and time and time again. Without total campaign finance reform (aka 100% public financing) we will see the AIG bonus fiasco repeat itself time and time again. My two cents.
