Yes that is exactly what that means. This guy is in so far over his head that he just reverts to campaigning the only thing he understands.

Great. That means Air Force 1, the second decoy Air Force 1, and 2 C-17 cargo planes take to the air so this incompetent fraud can be loved by a tv audience.

Since I think Obamam will do himself no good by these appearances (it will appear odd even to the non-politically savvy -- doesn't the President have something that needs doing in Washington?), I'm all for them. Let Obama overexpose himself all he likes.
